The Martef coated sharp blade moves extremely smoothly in the fish and you get clean-cut fillets easily.
The Martef coating reduces friction almost to none while protecting the blade against corrosion. Cleaning the blade after use is extremely easy. The roughened rubber handle and the finger guard ensure a firm grip of the knife even in difficult conditions. The thin and extremely flexible blade is especially suitable for removing skin and fish bones and for slicing fillets. The filleting knife comes with a leather sheath.
